Aram Development Partner helps donors, government agencies and training institutions design, run and evaluate skills and livelihood programmes in Sri Lanka. We also help companies and investors build the local workforce their projects need. The firm is led by Ketheeswaran Sugesan, a TVET specialist with 17 years in donor-funded development, 11 of them with GIZ.

Where we bring specialist depth
Green skills
Led a national green jobs demand survey aligned with Sri Lanka's 2030 renewable energy target, then the Green TVET component: green skills policy, a new renewable energy curriculum and the greening of 20 TVET curricula with TVEC.
TVET digitalisation
Brought management information systems and e-learning into everyday use at the Sri Lanka-German Training Institute and the Ceylon-German Technical Training Institute.
The Northern and Eastern Provinces
Programmes for women, conflict-affected households and local employers in the North and East, coordinated with district secretariats and local training providers.
